So is this also the max distance that you can aggro someone from? Or can you aggro someone in party from a distance?
Not that I plan on killing any friends...just wondering what's possible...

You can aggro someone any where in the world as long as they're on the same level as you.

You can aggro someone in your party from pretty far away. If they're too far aggro breaks really quickly, as I've learned by using leadership skills to cause party members several minimaps away to aggro targets. I don't know if there's a max distance for this.

Yeah, I've noticed it breaks fast, too. I think like 3-5 seconds one time when my brother and I were partied and out hunting in different directions in the same general SG. I know we were a minimap or two away from each other because I ran into a herd of deer and started manually fighting them while he headed my direction to help. I was hoping to build up some IP for when he did show up, but that didn't work as planned. (Cause, ya know, it gets to where it's easier to just beat up the deer than to try and snipe them. Nothing like the feel of a sword slicing through the throat of a wild beast. Hard to explain what the hoof marks are from to the wife, though She should just shut up and cook the meat her man provided her. )
