Static buildings (walls, houses, a few others) don't decay when on a claim since w3. Items can still decay from use, though, so herbalist tables, drying racks, etc. will decay.

Question, if you destroy the hf and select wilderness, will you spawn near the original spot or a random place anywhere on map?

Essentially anywhere on the map so of spawning near your original place is very slim. Furthermore, it is hard to tell where you've spawn as well.

Okay, sadly one of my characters is still trapped and too weak to destroy her hf. But I just thought of an idea that might work for people trapped that can't destroy their hfs. I rebuilt my hf in front of the gate they built (they destroyed mine and built a new one). My hopes are that they claim it and destroy it so I can be free. I'll post if it works.
