The only capes that have been handed out (that I'm aware of) are the capes for bug reporting. Even then, it's been a long while since any have been given out.

Granger once donated an important piece of hardware (don't ask me what it was). He probably got at least a cape for that and access to the Inner Party forums.

There should be an Announcement thread about it somehwere.
