It probably would be too easy I guess...but rabbit-breeding would be cool! :p

Being too easy wouldn't be an issue for breeding of any kind. Rabbit Hutches are very often suggested but the Devs haven't made them or put them in for one reason or another.

just imagining a high quality jackalope or rabbits foot now...the problem would probably be with how rabbits would be raised(baby rabbits?), and how fast they should reproduce
