Then the only option left for him is break his HF (if he has enough strength) and spawn on a random new location.
Also, explain your option about the boat dropping on his HF again, I don't really get how that should help.

then the only thing you can do is try to have object(cupboard or boat) over your hfire and then try to log back in. or you will have to make a new char.


if you have an object over you, you cannot spawn there, your only option will be to spawn on your h-fire. but if said object is over you And your hearthfire you might be able to either random wildreness spawn or spawn outside house. most likely it will not work, hence why i tell him he will prolly have to make a new char.


this is why you do not settle in a place until you have personal claim.

Sorry man, but you'll have to start over again. But that's not really the worst thing to do. It'll happen more if you play hnh alot, even when you have spend over 10 million LP on a character.
This world is cruel sometimes, but it also has the fun aspects, you have to be for this kind of games or not.
You don't seem to have alot of skills yet, because you've just started so building up to this point shouldn't be the hardest thing to do.
Also, you now know how to build a house so it won't take too long I guess

Try sprinting. It works when two hearthlings' hitboxes are taking up the same space, perhaps it will also work here?

If you get stuck in something, is it still possible to escape by selecting the fastest possible run speed and clicking a lot to eventually break out? Or is that not possible with hearth fires?

I know it works when two hearthlings are taking up the same space (such as when someone leaves a building, but doesn't move before another person leaves the same building.) But whether it works when a hearthfire is blocking the door? I'm not sure, and I'm not able to test it at the moment.

The sprint trick may work IF you can move at sprint. If the tile isn't paved or on a grassland or mudflat, it won't work. (It works for any object you can get stuck on: boat, hf, wall, etc.)

What? Really? I thought that only worked with getting stuck in hearthlings... I learn something every day here
