chieftain can also wear hird cape(it looks bad ass with necro robe and ranger boots), but that might be a glitch...

and had Phinix looked at any of the wiki links provided to him he would have been able to gain that information himself...if you look through other threads hes started(and they are numerous) you'll find hes often given not only links to the wiki but useful links to other threads about the topic hes asking, but refuses to use them and complains until someone actually writes out the answers for him.

I have to agree with DDHoward on this 1, he'll never get anywhere if we continue giving him answers instead of letting him find out information for himself in either a guide or the wiki. also I don't think his post was meant as a jab at you as you seem to have taken it, but more of a remark on Phinix's unwillingness to learn anything instead of just demanding answers.

Burgingham PM'd me about Phinix and told me that he has a learning disorder. So, you know, try and be nice to him.
