Thank you all very much, guys.
Talk about the size of map unload, so with enders client, I have that white/greyish square on my minimap to to radar stuff.
How big is that square in terms of those little grid I can see if I use ctrl+g?
So, when you guys say unload/reload map, it means a map as big as that white square, right?

Yes. I think it's 100x100 tiles?

Doesn't matter. A minimap tile is 100x100 no matter what client you use. The rest just depends on how much is shown. The mini map in Ender's can be resized to show 3x3 minimaps which is how many are sent from the server at once.
