Nice video mate, only correction: you don't need all 5 advantage but only 3 if I'm correct.

Correct Nummy. It's not freak's video, but Lusewing's. She did a great job with it, I think, and I believe that point was already made to her. Check the comments on the video and do a search for comments on it here on the forums from when she made it. ;)

Use Sting like a bee rather than Consume the flame, this skill is really a bad choice since it make you loose hp, you'll end up almost dead once you tame 2 animals, and you will probably want to tame more if you get 2 males or females. Also don't do it without minimum fighting skill imo, you can do it, but its risky.

erf :(

ye always tame in a remote area far from a river, taming take a long time so you better do it where nobody will pass.

bummer. :( I grassed over most of the area inside of my palisade in w5 so I could get "free" mouflon and aurochs.

As a note: Consume the flames is fine if you're just taming one at a time. Bring some extra food and keep yourself well fed to keep HP regen at max and you shouldn't have an issue with nearly killing yourself. Of course, if you're out in the open, keeping max SHP is best just in case you do get ganker aggro.

Here is a better idea than taming: trade someone for one of their old cows. It will save you the effort of taming, and you can get a higher q than 1st generation.

Also, you might not have to wait to get milk, if the cow has already given birth.
