Hirdsman cape adds no stats or skills. It's purely aesthetic. It's a black cape that goes in the cape slot at the bottom left of the equipment screen, thus it cannot be worn with any other cape (bear cape, ranger cape)

You only get the full benefit from your work if you chose either full nature belief or full industry belief. Additionally you level much better if you only level in one or a few skills.
