Ok, in the end it turned out to be one of my villagers' new hearth fire xD This guy was murdered and the others misunderstood the scents of murder telling me that was the killer's hf...well, at least i know a little more now haha xD Thanks for your advices and your patience!

better keep your HS cleared most of the time and only set one for the short time needed...

There was an exploit at one time that allowed people to kin you if you had a blank hearth secret. In light of this, I prefer scrambled random numbers/letters.

Didn't someone get banned here a while back for brute-force hearth spawning like this and using it to raid villages? (Banned from the forums, anyway. Not sure if the person got booted from the game.)

Probably, obviously someone got caught doing it because it happened before my time. Nevertheless, scrambled HS is slightly safer than blank because of this past event.

yes, if your HS is easy enough to guess.

All of your passwords is "qwerty" or equal logins/nicks?
TS mean: can his kin spawn alt at his HF without HS?

No, this was last summer/fall just before w6 started. I'd name who I thought it was, but don't want to come off as accusing any particular person wrongly. Suppose I could look it up, but I'm just not in the mood to do so. Just wanted to drop a word of warning of possible negative outcomes for doing these sorts of things to "hack" the game.
