Winterfell is still strong. Melsonia is strong, as well, and an ally of Dis. Wrath of Rabbits (Koreans) has disbanded, but they have a new village iirc

It'd be nice to join a well developed faction, but do you recruit new players? Most of the great powers are interested only in experienced players.
