If you do need to increase your skill some, you'll eat up 3x the amount of curios, but you can grind for a target number first (say 100, 150) and then move to tradition to preserve as much of it as you can when you eventually die. (And I thought it was sqrt (str * smith). )

You're likely correct though they come out to the same number or roughly the same number. I'll go ahead and admit being wrong though because I'm fairly sure you're right.

Fail me for posting half a thought again... :/

I should have said something about looking at comparing to a fighter, which was brought up earlier. The downside with that is that fighters don't really have effective skill caps. Add in that you have now opened your character up to yet another way to die, and it decreases the value of "multiclassing" so. Granted most players with dedicated fighters grind up to a certain amount of UA or other skills before going full tradition, too.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

The best food for Strenght I know, is Bear meat, Boar meat or Bear salami. You also should get some Constitution sausages, like Cow Chorizo.

Brodgar Blue Cheese and Big Bear Bangers are probably the best strength food ;p

Bear meat and Boar meat might just be the worst.

And Bear Salami could be a medium.

Yes, however, if you put a little work into a metal meat grinder, which isn't extremely hard to get, you can make BBB's fairly soon.

I think his point is that it's pointless to make BBB's early on because you waste most of the FEP whereas, if you make a Q90ish roasted bear meat, you will still get a full STR point early on (especially if you use pepper and/or drink wine/eat some crappy variety food). Eating brodgar blue cheese early on is complete and total overkill, as it will give something like 45 FEP (assuming a decent quality one and no symbel/hemp) while you need only 10-20 per point. Sure, if you are have lots of BBC laying around, why not?

I'm not talking about just strength, I'm talking about raising strength and constitution at an equal rate

giant pumpkin farms are very simple and easy and can take you to 100 con/str quick

I'd do this as far as you can be bothered then just go for giant MBC farm and pure strength from there on tbh
