The whale was first introduced at the start of World 5 and the first ones discovered were given as rewards for finding a game ending bug at the start of the world. There were threads that detailed what they gave. They are rare enough that no one who bothers to update the wiki has found one. You'll find that if no one updates and maintains public resources that they just don't get updated or maintained.
I think it had 20k base lp? I don't even remember its been so long.

Actually someone made a page for it back when the originals were given out by Jorb, but someone else deleted it. People didn't believe the talking whale was in the game proper until much later when one was finally found the hard way. I thought about recreating the page, but I've never found one or met anyone who has one so I didn't bother.
