Has anyone found a good beehive to crop tile ratio?

The only real reason to put more than 1 or 2 over a large area is because you have all that straw and you can get more wax and honey.

As far as I know there isn't any change using one or two hives for the tiles they cover.

I think loftar fixed that.

A bee hive can pollinate up to 100 plant tiles a day if I remember correctly. I'm fairly certain that I read it in a post from loftar, but I can't point you to the specific post.
