I did some other odd stuff that might not fit in here but. I ate some raw troll meat Q 173 and got 207.9 hurt feps.

Im unsure of the math but will try and figure out how much that relates to in base Q.

Might also be a good idea to add that anvil hammer quality calculation to the wiki as well on the related links under metalworking.

Qmetal = ( 4 * QavrMats + 1.5 * Qanvil + 1.5 * Qhammer ) / 7

How are they useless? Both are very important, psy for crafting, strength for mains.

Qmetal = ( 4 * QavrMats + 1.5 * Qanvil + 1.5 * Qhammer ) / 7

About the troll meat:
if you ate that without buffs or table I calculated 49,98 fep. becaus the game rounds up to one digit after comma, it's safe to say troll meat has 50 damage FEP
Hope you have a great day

@ krikke93: I got the same. I guess could update on the wiki as well.

@ NOOBY93: The issue with having a fep food with both those stats causes issues. Who will you feed such a rare and valuable food to. The only person who would gain benefit eating that would be your crafter trying to gain both STR to do Smithing and PSY. But other foods like BBC and Cave Bulbs takes that role and does it better. You would also not feed this on a combat toon as getting in that psy on the combat toon ruins your chance of getting a proper useful stat as in the STR.
