I've been hit for 800 damage on Lvl1

Unlikely though it may be, taking risks on a miner that aren't necessary is a quick route to death.

Does any one know if snake mining has been patched?

Mining

Postby Beefsalad » Fri Jun 07, 2013 2:19 am

So if snake mining was fixed how are we supposed to get metal to make supports to mine legitimately?
I dunno

Mine one square in and so on. It might take a bit longer, but it's the safest way.

Or buy metal off someone who did do it that way.

Theoretically you could Prospect a node and drop a mineshaft directly into it so you could get support material that way as well.
