I thought caves can only spawn on visible cliffs.

Nope, that's not a cave entrance. That's just a corner of a ridge.

Well, I mean theoretically visible. Ie, not on cliffs where the top is on the south or east of the cliff. Is that correct?

I'm pretty sure I found the spot, but couldn't get in if it is a cave entrance - I did however understand that cave entrances are always on leading edges, i.e. not concealed by the actual ridge/cliff itself.

Hours upon hours and river after river, overland forever, getting knocked unconcious by lvl9 & 10 creatures literally 100's of times, dead end after dead end in caves and 4 fecking real life weeks total!

I actually might cry a little.

Tx for all the grats. Sorry I only reply now, I was mining in my new mine, which is a copper mine. You can mine in it, the new mine, my towns new mine with copper in it. Did i say we have a new mine? Well, it has copper in it, the new mine of ours. :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
