No, minehole vaults are not either, and no other illegal vault designs have been discovered and made public.
However, bug-ramming has been removed as well.

Mine hole vaults are actually easier to make now. because you can instead of just blocking the mine hole off from below destroy it completely.

What? He's talking about top level vaults completely surrounded by mineholes. Anything on the lower levels can just be mined into.

There is still one way to build a completely unrammable vault.....will most likely get nuked to high hel.....
Havn't decided if i want to build one or not just to incite the masses.
