There will be no "him". There will be 10 goons stomping you into the ground before you can even shit your pants.

I think that if you are strong (or just left scents to wrong place) he brings 10 guys with him and they gank you.

No doubt the way to go is different alts in different accounts, but you need to remember that chars are not only made out of Learning Points.
Chars need to be fed curios to grow in LP to increase skills and also to be fed food of different types to increase stats, that imho are as important as LP.
When a char is young it has a short FEP bar and is very easy to feed it with the type of food we decide, when it ages the bar becomes very long and it is a hard task, so it is work saving to start from the begining.
