Tell that at the Inn - this is How do i not how i do not ;) (While i think nobody bothers to know at the Inn...)

And there are for sure 100+ cave entrances not claimed all over the world ...

And where's the problem?!? Build it up to be a miner - let him have a village once - make transport alt - let it tp between both your villages

You can't have everything straight away in HnH ...

Just keep them near your bed OP you'll burn through them faster than you might think.
