Just play the game, look at what you can make on the chart, factor in your quality, and go from there. The wiki can't do the numbers for you, but it wouldn't be too hard to export the curiosity table into a spreadsheet and let the computer figure in your quality for you.

Almost every developed player I know has atleast 2-3 characters - a farmer, fighter and usually something else.

Well, I used to have like double digit of chars on study at some point (raising 7 silkers, some farmers, crafters) and i didn't bot curios for them, it was all from trades.
But I do agree that to be able to do that you need to invest more than just 1h per day to come to the point to be even able to afford that.

I have a few chars but they are only really claim holders, like for cave entrances and a couple of wilderness chars for when I fancy a bit of an adventure, I do feed them curio's but just the rubbish ones or lengthy ones as I don't really play them as such.
I have two, crafter and miner, that I actually devote time to developing, it helps to have good foraging areas around you and an active farming area, I think I do alright - I haven't managed quite that amount but then I don't have an income from trading.

Not all people fight, without those people haven would be extremely boring and shitty game. Like it isnt already
