Well just for clarity, Sabinati is an info-god, I'd trust his info over anyone elses. It is whether the info disclosed/announced by the devs actually WORKS the way it is claimed/suppose to that I've learned to question, not whether or not Sabinati is correct in his knowledge.

Yeah, I could have made a mistake, I'll test it again. At least all q26 makes a q26 :P

i did notice an anomaly, wearing nettle pants and a nettle shirt for +4 survival, it seems i only got the benefit of +2 survival when crafting a sling

Then maybe agility is taken into account.

nah it was probably just a bug, seems to be fixed now anyway because i got the expected result when i crafted another sling today.

the quality of the strings is taken into account. What is sure is that a bunch of q10 strings will never make a q20 sling

marksmanship has an effect on the max quality of the sling
Learn from the mistakes of others. You won't live long enough to make all of them yourself.
