once you set up your Stake Claim is their anything special you have to to keep others out of your area?

Since the requirement for initial cornerposts was upped to include 10 leather, 2 glue, and 5 rope, I'm going to suggest that you use the wiki for info on how to get those, OP. Or how to get anything else, for that matter, it's what the wiki is being maintained for.
