No.

another question that has to deal with hhp.... are there high quality leechs? 10+??

EDIT: yet another question.. do higher quality axes or saws make killing trees or stumps ect faster?

During all the hunger shenanigans of the last whenever-it-was about the only time I did eat was after a leech-fest.

According to the Wiki, that is indeed what chairs are for. With the caveat that it's not regenerating stamina so much as it is increasing the speed of the hunger:stamina conversion ratio.

See if I updated the chair page appropriately.

So far as I can tell, he changed the wording. Whether it's any more precise I dunno because, frankly, the exact function of chairs remains a mystery to me. I imagine if someone wants to dig up whatever Announcements post has the info they might get a more specific description. As it is, the edit is a bit more clear and means pretty much the same thing.

You get higher quality leeches by having a higher-than-10 Constitution and letting them suck your blood. Each blood suck (whether it restores HHP or not) increases the quality of the leech. The damage and healing are both quality/10.

Saws and axes don't speed up anything, but they will affect the quality of the wood. (Well, I know saws do, but I'm not 100% sure on axes).

leeches quality will increase 3 points as they feed on you if your con is above their quality. when they bloat, put them in a container. come back the next day and repeat. higher q leeches do more shp damage and heal more hhp.

for your other question, no.
