I have to agree, as dex is so hard to get (imo) my farming is already 70 but my dex is only 15. This has not effected the Q of seeds I have been harvesting as my seeds are staying within appropriate range of my farming skill and increase accordingly as I gain more. Because of the +/- range it can take a while to begin to jmp out of the "under 10q" range if you start with q1 seeds. Once you get them going though it will even out as of course you'll begin to plant only your higest q seeds.
