wort is used for making beer.

keep it and keep reeplanting just the best seeds so that you will gain quality as you gain in farming, one day you might wanna try out beer making and then it will be nice to have some hops of decent quality at hand.

you should aim to plant and reeplant atleast a few seeds of every crop, for future needs, even if it feels like you dont need that particular crop right now, but it takes time to make your crops better ql so you might aswell start now ey .
