For example, my third game on PC (by age of 11) was Postal, i live in Russia, and i have very good mental condition, compared to most of russians. Think about it.

Man, you're the same as me. I also lived in Russia, bought Postal 2 with eleven (the people in the game store don't care much about the age, lol) and I didn't killed or even hurt someone bad. There are A WAY MORE violent people who never played violent pc games at all. PEGI, ESRB and other censorship alliances (lol) are shit.

Lol, age is just a number - what a load of horseshit. Are you a "if a tree falls in the forest, and no one is there to hear it, does it make a sound" idjits? Lmao.

This is true in the same sense that intelligence scales with shoe size (which is usually valid for age<10), but the other way around.

Couldn't video games be seen as a way to vent? It's like you're killing people, and letting your frustration out on them, but no one is actually hurt, because it's all virtual.

Age may be nothing but a number, but COPPA may or may not be necessary on at least the forums.

I don't know how far you've looked into it or whether it applies where you exist, but from what I knew the UN deals with COPPA and while anyone can go ahead and play or sign up on forums either way, it would be on them for lying and not the webmaster for not having a COPPA compliant forum.

Last I looked it up was years ago though, things may have changed. If COPPA is indeed necessary in this case than the age limit would be '13' for the forums at least.

first of all coppa deals with the collection of information (none is collected other than email address and optional name and where you heard about h&h) and privacy policies and second of all http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Children%2 ... onal_scope
