i understand now but the problem is that i am using a hill as a natural obstacle so i cant build in circle.
looks like i need 2 expensive ones

Careful with hills, not all hills will end flush with the cornerpost, i seen villages where i just walked in between a crack. If you got one of those nasty hills you gonna need to fence in or around it.

The best thing is not to build at a hill.

no one could enter

i think i have to rethink my strategy
wanted to use hills to cut the resource cost but it seems now i am using more lol
