1- How do i erase a character?
2- Can we kill people while they are sleeping?
3- When we log out, does our character just stand in the place we log out?

1) Kill them
2) If they've commit Theft, Vandalism, Battery, or Murder, you have scents from their crimes, and access to their hearthfire/they have no hearthfire, then you can force summon them online and kill them. Otherwise no, you'll just break a bed and next time they log in they'll be short a bed.
3) Only if you're in combat. Otherwise you disappear. If you're engaged in combat with any npcs or players, whether or not you initiated it, then logging off will cause you to stand there defenseless and dumb.
