I know this might sound stupid, but i want to make sure.
Is the wine bottle reusable ?
If someone drinks all the wine from the bottle(i know you need a wine glass) is it just an
empty bottle that can be filled again, or is it destroyed ?

but have player/creature attack me(= enter battle mode) , he can stop me travel-cast? i cannot travel now?

1) Correct, your travel will be interrupted and stopped.
2) Might be a skeleton might also have decayed entirely and will disappear when you attempt to take it out.
3) I no longer remember the exact times, sorry, can someone else answer this?
4) As far as I know, it's gone. If someone else knows a trick to getting things off of it then they should field this.

3. Aprox. 20min - 1 hour, I think its random, no exact timer.
4. You can do it but its complicated, you gotta have person aggroed etc...

What prevent me from digging up clay? I've got two characters at my account, first can dig out clay, second can't. Both can dig up soil. Second has Travel Weariness and is much better developed than first (for example has pottery). Does Travel Weariness cause that or it is some bug?

I've gone mountain-hunting and found my first stone node. having gained ten levels in survival since the first time i visited, i noticed the stones are the same quality: Q24 and Q24. is there no affecting stat on the quality of stones i "Dig" up?

I've read that mudflat which is not a node provides 1 clay, renewable about 24 h. I've tried in many places. My one character can dig clay everywhere, other can't anywhere. I have worn off tiredness, so it is not cause. But what is?

On a mudflat you must also find a node to be able to dig more than one clay. I've heard most nodes can be find at the edges of a mudflat. Just keep searching with that character.
Your other character might just be lucky.
