I searched the wiki on how to make wine bottles but it doesnt explain how.

Do i simply take raw glass and craft it in my hands to create a wine bottle ?

EDIT- i want to know in advance before the wine is done so i can collect all the glass that i need.

Yes. You'll need to put the wine in a bucket to discover it, then you can fill bottles with wine. The craft recipe will become available once you've discovered glass and wine, I believe.

I know this (but thanks for clarifying), i wanted to know the process of creating a wine bottle from raw glass in advance, but then again i just read that it takes 1 week for wine to turn into vinegar so i should have plenty of time to make all the bottles i need.

For future reference, if you take wine out of the barrel and keep it in a bucket, it never turns to vinegar

If you want to speed up construction just get someone to help you build the sign.
