When i build a pali, rectangle/square shape with one gate do i only need 2 glue, 5 rope, 10 leather for one cornerpost then i can use just wood for the rest (along with the fences) ?
I find this confusing and would like to know in advance before i start construction, i always thought that all the cornerposts (four in my case) would all need the above ingredients.

Yeah, you nailed it. 1 "continuous segment" only requires 1 initial cornerpost, meaning the glue/rope/leather cost only needs to be made once.

Don't forget, there is a 12 hour set time before you can begin expanding off that cornerpost, so plan the timing of this to avoid someone sealing it

What do you mean sealing it? You mean when the glue dries ? If the glue dries i cant build from it?

O i think i know what you mean, if someone else seals a cornerpost its basically fucked, i have to seal the rest of the cornerposts at the end to make sure that no one can mess with them ?

1 how to make crossroad to teleport to my lvl 3 mines?its said that crossroad must build on village claim, but how can i extend my claim to underground??
2 did animals dont come out at night? it looks like only boars at night but why sometimes i can still find bear or deer at night?

1. You need to make a new village at lv 3 .
2. I dont know I think there always is the same amount of animals over the world.

There's various theories about this from many different hunters. All animals *can* spawn at all times of the day. However, many people claim that certain times of day have higher spawn rates. Dawn/Dusk iirc are the favorite times from a couple hunters I knew. I personally don't see deer during the day often, usually find them at night. But eh, nothing's been said by jorb/loftar far as I know.
