Do mudflats exhaust after digging on them for a certain time? There is this pretty decent sized
mudflat area and I dug and got only 1 clay. When I continue to dig I receive nothing. I dig at
different locations on the mudflat and still nothing..

... Acre clay is obtained by digging on mudflats. Simply digging on either terrain type will not yield clay unless there is a clay node present. However, on occasion it is possible to receive a single piece of 10 quality clay even when not digging on a node. A node can be identified if you receive multiple units of quality 10 clay, or a unit of clay over 10 quality.

i have a battering ram at cave, but how it work for no-need-repair?
i try it...when i use it 1.hit myself 2.hit the cave-black-wall 3.just move
the 1./2./3.-all will damage the battering ram and sometime need repair....
why this battering ram is so easy need to repair?
(and i just try "move the battering ram" it get damage too, if move it more = need repair....)
(and if i repair it.....need wait 8 hour-realtime)

if i build a new battering ram at out-door, move it can no-damage?
how to ctrl a battering ram and reduce it damage(=no need too much repair)?

From what I've heard, there's no way around, battering rams get easily damaged, and can only be moved so far before they're destroyed.
Could be wrong though.

Question of my own, kinda related:
When one wants to upgrade to a brick wall, the only alternative to building another wall is taking your own pali down with a ram?
(Don't know any palibashers).

You're right. I forget the distances, but it's 40 or less even on paved ground. Unpaved ground is only a dozen or so. If you have to repair, it costs bone glue, but is ready again in 8 hours.

Just build your brick around the palisade. Don't do it the other way (brick inside the palisade) otherwise you run the risk giving raiders a free wall to protect a ram. (Raiders could just bash the pali and then rebuild around the ram.)

More questions for the willing.

1.) If I reach "the edge of the world," will the map already have expanded/generate immediately (similar to Minecraft) or is the world finite until a certain interval?

2.) Does attempting to destroy a structure on unclaimed land leave a scent?

3.) If summoned while logged-out, will a character automatically put up a fight, or do they pretty much just idle while they are beaten to death?

If a tree falls in a forest, and no one is around to hear it, does lag..?

1) The world is finite.
2) Nope, unclaimed or your own claim is fair game.
3) Idle until they're beaten to death.

You can only inherit one character at a time.

I've recently staked a claim, and I am trying to expand it. The problem is, when I right-click on the claim stake it brings up the manager. I am not sure what to do here. I tried dragging the green box around the area I would like to encompass and pressing enter, but that gets the "you do not have the correct materials" response.

Prospective area is 32x32 (1024 sq. ft) and I am currently sitting on 20,000 LP. Also, using Ender's Client if that is relevant. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advance!
