You are using a very old version of the client. Go to the Ender Client main thread, and go to the download link. On that mediafire page, there will be a downloadable file with "upd" in the filename. Download that update, and place it into your client's folder.

1.use battering ram attack a palisade will damage the battering ram too?(need repair?)
it is a auto-work(auto attack palisade any time)? or i need continuous-click it to palisade?
if i use continuous-click the palisade, the battering ram will need repair very quick?

1) No, they degrade on their own and if you move them. You have to use it once then it'll keep going until you run out of stamina. Clicking the ram has nothing to do with anything, only if you move it does it degrade.
2) It will use stamina continuously.
3) It will work.

Different moves/attacks/special moves take different times. They're also dependent on your agility, your opponents agility, Battle Intensity, and maneuvers.
