Right click the existing fence and choose "build cornerpost". Actually I couldn't even say with 100% certainty that this is true for fences since the last time I built one was years ago, but it definitely works for palisades and should be the same for fences.

Yes, clicking on a wall section gives you the option of building a cornerpost there.

so how to save the wagon dont get steal or destory?(because no any gate can save it)

2.if i have 2 Cornerposts(palisade), but one is seal, one not, they can build a door?

1) You can build a double gate, let me see if I can find the instructions for that really quickly.

if i cannot destory the palisade/brickwall's cornerpost/door/normal-wall (need battering ram or 484 STR)
