Maybe. They can only be destroyed if the attached village idol is removed.

You can not mine a 50 square area areound the caveentrance, dont remember the measurements exactly.

You can only pave the third square from the cavewall and inwards.

If you mean road, as in roadbuilding, you can build those.

It is a 101x101 tile square centered on the cave entrance.

So if the village claim is under 50k authority, all I need is vandalism? Any min str req?

I can just use "Destroy" on it and it'll go poof?

Look for fish jumping out of the water. That indicates a fishing node. It may have been recently depleted and have no fish, though. (The chance is small.)
