raising per is more rewarding, but it is still up to the players imo. if a crafter alt needs a quick ranging only in safe area for some reason and have loads of overflowing lp, and not planning to raise per, then why not. if your enemies got really high stealth and you have some kind of issue raising per soon enough but got loads of overflowing lp, then why not. i wouldnt exactly call exp over 100 a waste when you have a good enough reason, but it would not be a rewarding thing to do, i think.

Thx, per is over 100 also, i meant to put that in original post but forgot. So for time being i'll leave exp alone and put it into something more worthwhile.
