I prefer plate, but people who are really good at combat prefer cuirass, since if you move around enough you're never going to get hit by an arrow anyway.

I was just browsing the ring of brodgar and there was a few pages dealing wiht wind, stromchasing, and wind blades. Why were they removed? It looked decent enough to have. ;)

Was an exploit where you could make the chimes explode and kill people or something like that. Jorb said something about bringing part back as a curio.

Is it important to raise PER as a fighter that's going to be a non-ranger?

Also, is it best to raise each stat that you want high, at the same time? like raise STR to 20, then agi to 20 then CON to 20? then move on to 21?

Thanks

Per is fairly important simply because it's nice to be able to see scents with a low delta. Nothing quite like picking up a scent and getting hit with a 180 degree delta.

Yes it's a good idea to raise all ur stats together as much as possible. (if you're trying to keep ur stats balanced, do not let ur strength get ahead , it's a slippery slope because of how easy strength is to get compared to const and agi.)

If I adjust the change slider over to bump up my EXP %, will the curios I am studying at the time give the resulting increased XP?

For example, I have a bolete training right now worth 7981. Last time I bumped up my slider, the value didn't change at all. I was wondering if I bump it up this time, and then it completes studying, if it'll give me the 10,000 or so EXP it would actually be worth at the time.

I notice that I can 'reset' them by taking them out of studying and putting them back in. I don;t want to miss out on XP because of this.

Thanks

Ya, it's based on the learning rate at time of completion, not the learning rate at the time of start.
