How can I destroy a brick wall with a ram?

I tried today with a char with 73 str and a char with 51 str and it didn't seem like I was going anywhere. What went wrong?

I tried today with a char with 73 str and a char with 51 str and it didn't seem like I was going anywhere. What went wrong?

They soak the first 70 damage you do to them per hit, so you need to do 71 damage per hit to do anything.

Rams add 20 damage, so you need to be 51 more damage. If you're doing it by yourself, that means you need 2601 Strength or more to deal 1 point of damage per hit against a brick wall. They have 5000 hitpoints.

Alternatively, with 4 people, you only need to do 13 damage each, so 169 Strength each.

One last small question, because i find the wiki entry very misleading. If I understand correctly, a village's LS or CH can take a crossroads sign back from ANY crossroads sign they find (not just ones they've placed in their own village territory), even if they do not own it, as long as that crossroad sign's village idol is still active.

Is this correct?

You can only "take" signs from an xr on your own village (assuming you are LS or chief). You can get your friend/foolish neighbour to "give" you a sign by asking them to remove it and hand it to you, at which point you can attach it to your own xr pole.

If i were to pick up a toad and drop it repeatedly, would it eventually be a shocked frog upon picking up? or do i have to pick up a new toad every time?

Cornerposts: it's up to you. It's ok to build a gate when one of the cornerposts is sealed.

Shocked frogs: you have to pick up a new one every time.

No
