Probably the same bug as the reincarnate bug where your refunded LP isn't listed initially, but if you hit the "Buy" button without choosing a skill, it appears.

Tested twice again. Lost all lp invested in claim. No buying, relogging or pressing buy without buying changed that. Logging out for 10 min and logging back doesn't change it either.

You are able to see Wild Windsown Weeds which can be dried on a drying rack or an herbalists table to produce random seeds. Of those seeds can be hemp or flax. Anyone can see planted crops of hemp or flax. Hemp and Flax do not grow in the wild.

You have to be right next to the boat to jump in.
