500 weapon skill and rising? that seems pretty excessively time consuming given that we are talking a half a million points for skillup at that level. on the surface it seems as though the game is possibly the most discouraging and unfriendly to new players or those that dont play like its a job in that regard.

am i correct then in assuming that folks are running around with over a thousand in their stats etc to?

is there any cap (soft or hard) on quality of items? ie is some bedshitter with 2k constitution, 2k strength and a quality 3 million axe going to come fart at my brick wall and kill me via the shrapnel?

how does the full tradition ressing work? it says you retain 100% of your skills, but what about stats and non incremental skills?

i noticed you can also construct your hearthfire inside of your house, this seems like a good idea when used in conjunction with walls to keep people from summoning and killing you when your offline because you ate one of their chickens. am i correct in assuming that they will have to tear down the wall and enter the house to summon your character?

Yes but World resets make the field even, so people don't become gods.

I doubt theres many people with that but likely there is, just inprobable you'll meet them.

no caps except survival, and yes someone is probably going around destroying whatever they want, if they wished to, but the world is very big, and unlikely you'll meet them.

It actually only gives 75% back now, IIRC. And incrementable stats are recovered at 75%, and skills give a 75% LP refund in LP. It only gives you 25% LP gaining though so its usually not worth it. while full change gives an additional 75% LP gaining, giving you 300% Learing ability, but if killed, only refunds 25%. If your going to be a dumbass and loot everything in sight, go full tradition, and don't cry when you get killed.

Unless you're planning on going to war with the big cities, you're not going to run into anyone with a decent combat skill honestly. 300 is tops for most raiders as they get killed a lot and can't progress much higher than that. Same is true for stats -- you're unlikely to meet anyone who has 900+ in an attribute unless you're fighting big cities that can support these players. On this note, don't start leaving tons of criminal scents around from combat and murder unless your hearthfire is safely located within a house inside of big walls.

Stop saying survival it's capped at 200. It's not. Just that it's most important use making bone saws uses q 200 bone bears the highest non breeding can get you. In half a year when people break that with tamed animals you'll see more people raising survival again.

Thank you, I did not know that actually Avu. I'll make a note of this and edit the wiki to reflect this.
