You could put "trespassing" on to actually move around on someone else's claim but that will leave scents which can inevitably result in your hearthian's death.

Trespassing scents aren't summonable, and I don't think many people would bother to track and kill someone just for trespassing.

I've tracked a thief down to his Hearth Fire, and... What ?
Wiki says right click the hearthfire, and force summon, working from a distance just have to see the hearthfire.
the Hearthfire was on a claimed land, and the only thing i manage to have is a message like "this land is owned by some else". Do i have to learn Tresspassing or i did somethng wrong ?

Grieve the griever?

If you know where his hearth fire is perhaps surround it by something he won't be able to destroy.

That or get your fists and the skill "Murder" ready..haha.

Then he builds a new HF and you just wasted your time.

I meant it as a joke. As in, tracking down one's HF, then only trapping it. Screw that, break that HF, and summon him.
