extend your claim one square outside your palisade. prevents people from building a cornerpost behind a tree somewhere and then connecting it up to one of your cornerposts (usually)

Unless of course they're hardcore faggots that spent 100k LP(20k trespassing, 30k theft, 50k vandalism) just to grief people.

yeh, but you can make it tougher for them, making them spent that much lp just to grief, and this way they can be tracked

after all, according to the same reasoning, if they have insane strength and trespassing, thieving and vandalism, a palisade wont stop them either, so why build a palisade in the first place?

To stop the people that DON'T have all that, and hope to god you don't get some asshole with no life bashing your palisades down, just to claim what little you have.
