I would imagine that you would not get much gold per vein so people are saving it till they have good cows,steel.

I started playing 1,5 weeks ago im at 95 ua and around 35str/agi/con (without item bonuses). My main concern right now is to survive, not to kill. So maybe the Plate armor is my choice in any situation.

I don't think so, but you would still want the best steel and bronze as they are alot more costly to replace later down the line now.

Im on vacation. 850k LP seems to be not much. Some guy spoke of 8M+ as a good LP range right at this moment. But when i play something i always grind too much. I learn fast and i play much. Better for me would be probably to search for some nice people or village to learn from/with, then just to grind lp.
