It's in deeper layers, but that's all I know, since I haven't found any yet.

It can be found in other layers too. Depends what you mean by deeper layers since there are only 5.

I would imagine that you would not get much gold per vein so people are saving it till they have good cows,steel.

And AFAIK you don't need goldbeater's skin for a dragon helm ;)

I don't think so, but you would still want the best steel and bronze as they are alot more costly to replace later down the line now.

Im on vacation. 850k LP seems to be not much. Some guy spoke of 8M+ as a good LP range right at this moment. But when i play something i always grind too much. I learn fast and i play much. Better for me would be probably to search for some nice people or village to learn from/with, then just to grind lp.
