So, I hate bringing an old thread up but I happen to be down to 2HHP (because I am stupid), I do have first aid but no wool. This is my most advanced character and I really really want to save her. Will I die if I do leaches since I only have 2hhp?

With 2HHP, better stay off leeches, a single one will just straightforward knock you down. Although you should be back conscious before next damage tick (wouldn't swear i'm confident about that), just stay away from them.

Best and quite safe way would probably be spawning an alt, and use it to either spend few days leveling up exploration to find clovers and get some wool with them (you need loom for this to work), OR finding neighbour that would spare a gauze. First solution will take more time, but note that you can't always be sure about neighbours.

Just make sure you use alt for that task, as anything can kill you right now.

so I have a clover, found mouflon, but can't feed him the clover? Is it because the alt didnt actually pick the clover?

Edit: nvm, figured it out, my alt doesnt have animal husbandry :/

Edit#2: So I got wool, BUT, can't make gauze with my almost dead character since she isn't the one who got that wool. So I got first aid on my alt. Turns out I still can't make the gauze because I don't have basic mechanics to interact with the loom. This truly sucks
