Actually, 60. Bows have an IEMM, according to the wiki, and this number isn't listed anywhere in game. Bows have 2, and ranger's bows have 4. That means that ql*2=max effective skill. A ranger's bow q20 can support lvl 80 marks. According to the wiki. Ammo has the same effect, and it's 2 for ammo, so a q50 ranger's bow firing q10 stone arrows, will have an aiming speed of lvl 20.

Q10 Sling has the same max aim speed as a Q60 Ranger's Bow.

nuts D: i want a rangers bow but it seems i'm going to need like a q100 bow to aim at the same speed as my sling D:
right? or do i just fail at math?
