New Chicken Coop rules?

We still found enough blueberries to keep a chicken coop alive, so, dunno. Granted, this was in a non-conifer forest (the kind with apple trees and elms and stuff) as opposed to conifer. Now we've moved to a conifer, and there's a lot of chantrelles, but enough blueberries that I can go exploring and sustain myself on them.

It's not that distorted. I would guess it's about 2x magnification just to highlight.

oh okay. would all i need to do is right click on the blueberries? do i need a stone axe equipped/some other weapon equipped or what? :/

nope, just "pick" them, same as chantrelles and all other foragable things. You only need an axe for skinning, shearing, chopping trees, and making blocks. You don't even need an axe to split a block into branches.

Actually, I see Chantrelles far more often than Blueberries - at 2000-ish Per*Exp. Chantrelles I often see 1-3 per area square, meanwhile, I often see 1 Blueberries every 1-3 area square!

That seems to depend on area and/or time of day. At times i see chantelles without end, other times i see berries in the same quantities and no chantrelles at all.
