"Blacks" are. Race referring to a specific set of commonly inherited physical features which is unique from other physically similar groups of humans. It's debatable if jewish people are a race or a creed due to their tendency to only interbreed with their own creed. It has lead to some features which are recognizable and distinct (ie the "jewish" nose).
