I think we had this discussion before, but I am still fairly certain it is less time intensive to just mass produce top tier foods (saving lots of clicks to produce a great diversity of foods) than to save a few ressources by using the food diversity bonus more. Also at some point the diversity bonus is too small to matter other than maybe for topping off your meal to fill the last few FEP.

Mass produce than swap with people who mass produce other food. I mostly just made lamb sausage, even though I stopped raising per.
