if it's the AUTH_KEY value then put it where i have AUTH_KEY written; if it's the AUTH_USER_NAME then put it there

I'm a bit confused...I've been running the Enders client for over a week and today is the first time it's had this issue. Does this mean I now have to go through all the steps at http://pastebin.com/WMFbzDSc every single time I want to login now? Why is that? Why is it all of a sudden having this issue when it didn't before?

No it means you have to be patient and do that for now. This is only a temporary issue.

It says "Unable to access jarfiles haven.jar" when I attempt to open it. I put the authck (which is a long line of numbers and letters) and my Username in authuser, but I still can't launch HnH. What did I do wrong?

Same as you except I've been running it for....the last 6 months with no problems.
